Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu introduces a new sensory dining experience in their Weekend Dinner Buffet at Latest Recipe with their “best enjoyed with your hands” live stations.
“Eating with your hands is common especially here in Malaysia. It is a natural process and comforting to eat with your hands. It also satisfies the senses as we can feel and explore the texture of food in our hands and that is why we want to elevate that experience through our five new live stations,” says General Manager Kanit Sangmookda.
The Bucked-out Seafood Market is a shellout concept where guests can enjoy a variety of fresh seafood including slipper lobster, Chilean black mussels, green mussels, tiger prawns, cockles, live yabbies and more, served in your choice of Szechuan-style spicy sauce, chili crab sauce, black pepper sauce or tiga rasa sauce.

The buffet also showcases seafood ice bar, salad bar, variety of kerabu, soups, hot wok dishes, western & local flavours and desserts.
