Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu's Dynasty Chinese Restaurant - New Look - Officially Unveiled

Tuesday, 14th March 2018 - Dynasty Chinese Restaurant at Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu celebrates its official grand opening after 3-month elegant facelift, in a simple yet meaningful ceremony beginning with loud crackling sounds of firecrackers to commemorate the auspicious event graced by Y.B. Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun, Minister of Tourism, Culture & Environment and hotel's Group Chief Executive Officer - Mr.Adrian Wei.




Located on the ground floor and 1st floor of the hotel, the newly refurbished Halal Chinese Restaurant, offers innovative culinary delights amid a modern, stylish and elegant setting. Using elements of wood and blooming flower concept, the overall design and decoration of this brand new Dynasty Chinese Restaurant, is aimed at creating a sense of tranquillity while guests enjoy a whole new dining experience as it continues to serve exquisite Chinese Cuisines prepared by Chinese Master Chefs led by the Hotel's Executive Chef Alvin Tan.


Entirely private and exclusive, it also comes with 3 elegant private dining rooms (namely Fuzhou, Pingnan & Gutian) for table of 10 persons in each room, which will surely impress and make any celebration truly special.



Another new feature is the Chinese Restaurant's Show Kitchen where guests were entertained with Live Dim Sum Making by Dim Sum Master Chef - Arthur Chew Foo Chung during the Grand Opening. Chef Arthur demonstrated his culinary art in preparing signature Dim Sums namely Crystal Prawn Dumplings and Steamed 'Siau Lung Pau'. Famed for its piping Halal Hong Kong style dim sum, Dynasty Chinese Restaurant is ready to welcome diners back with a whole new dining experience!" - said Ms. Anita Chung, Group Director of Sales & Marketing.


"In conjunction with this grand opening, we shall be extending the current *20% Discount on total F&B bill (*T&C Apply) and offer signature appetizers namely Candied Amber Walnuts, Braised Peanuts, Salted Cashew Nuts and Osmanthus Flower Tea at RM1 per serving (instead of the normal price at RM5 per serving) until 31st March 2018." Added Anita.
