It begins with a choice of fresh appetizers and festive western salads such as Christmas Chicken Terrine, Prawn Cocktail with Mango Salsa, Classic Waldorf Salad, Pasta Salad with Tuna along with other types of appetizers. At the Carving Station is Roasted Whole Turkey served with Cranberry, Turkey Jus & Crudités.
A wide selection of main dishes are made to order, featuring traditional meat main dishes like Roasted Rib Eye with Black Pepper Sauce, Grilled Lamb Chop with Rosemary and Garlic Sauce, Traditional Roasted Spring Chicken with Cranberry Jam & Mushroom, Special Mix Grill with Black Pepper Sauce, Pan Seared Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce. The New Year Special Semi Buffet Dinner on 1st January 2021 until 3rd January 2021 is priced at RM68 nett per adult and RM38 nett per child whilst on New Year Eve is priced at RM88 nett per adult and RM48 nett per child with early bird offer at RM68 nett per adult and RM38 nett per child.
Expect a vast selection of Asian delights like Promenade Oxtail Asam Pedas served with fragrant rice, Wok Fry Singapore Chili Crab served with fragrant rice, Salmon Fish Head Curry with Vegetable served with fragrant rice and all-time favorite, Satay of Beef and Chicken.
