Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu will be hosting a Lion Dance Showcase by Yik Nam Lion Dance on the first day of Chinese New Year (5 February 2019) at the hotel lobby at 11am followed by Yee Sang Toss with the management of the hotel and hotel guests.
This bountiful Chinese New Year dishes was exclusively prepared by the hotel’s Chinese Chef- Chef Lum Kai Man and his culinary Team. According to Executive Chef Fahdrul Abd Malek, Chef Lum Kai Man has a long culinary spanning over 30 years, specializing in Chinese cuisines. “Chef Lum’s approaches on food, taste as well as use of ingredients are creative and innovative.
